Refund & Returns Policy

Effective Date: 1st July, 2025

At BuySmart, we take pride in offering quality wholesale products and reliable service. Because of the nature of wholesale orders and our fulfillment process, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy as outlined below.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.


1. General Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless one of the following applies:

  • You received the wrong item(s) (not what was ordered)

  • The item(s) arrived damaged or defective

If either of these situations occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Supporting photo(s) of the item(s)

We will review your request and, if approved, offer one of the following solutions:

  • A replacement item (if available)

  • A full or partial refund, depending on the situation

Important: No returns or refunds will be granted for reasons such as a change of mind or customer error in placing the order.


2. Back-Ordered Items

Some items may be marked as Back Order at the time of purchase. These products are fulfilled on a delayed basis and will be delivered within 2 business days after they become available.

Refunds for back-ordered items are only issued if:

  • The item cannot be delivered within the promised 2-day window after restock

  • The item received is incorrect or damaged

Requests for refunds related to back-ordered items must be made within 48 hours of delivery (or notification of delay beyond 2 days).


3. Return Conditions

If a return is approved, the item(s) must:

  • Be unused and in the original packaging

  • Be returned within 5 business days of approval

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase and any documentation we request

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. In cases of wrong or damaged items, we will process a refund or arrange a replacement as outlined above.
