Refund & Returns Policy

At BuySmart, we take pride in offering quality wholesale products and reliable service. Because of the nature of wholesale orders and our fulfillment process, we maintain a strict but fair return and refund policy.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms of this policy.

General Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless one of the following applies:

You received the wrong item(s) (not what was ordered)
The item(s) arrived damaged or defective

Requirements for Approval:

• Order Number
• Issue Description
• Supporting Photos

Note: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Back-Ordered Items

Some items may be marked as Back Order at the time of purchase. These products are delivered within 2 business days after they become available.

Refunds are only issued if:

The item cannot be delivered within the 2-day window after restock, or the item received is incorrect/damaged.

Return Conditions

Be returned within 5 business days of approval

Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. In cases of wrong or damaged items, we will process a refund or arrange a replacement.
